Paying Zakat in Advance

Q.) I wanted to ask a question regarding paying Zakat in advance in Hanafi Madhab. Can we pay Zakat in advance? For how long in advance? [Kamran]

A.) If a person is a Sahib-e-Nisab (has at least minimum Zakatable amount), then he may pay his Zakat in advance for any number of years.
