We do not have a physical outlet anywhere. We are an online store. You can place orders using an Internet connected computer and have the orders delivered to the address you provide. We ship worldwide.
We do ship from Karachi and Los Angeles. However not all items are available at both locations.

How do you calculate shipping charges?
These are based on the actual shipping weight, your location, and the shipping method you select. We have invested considerable time and effort in our software that makes these calculations. We do not have a fixed per item charge.

My order shows two shipping charges. Why?
It means that your order must be shipped from both of our shipping locations. Normally we try to ship the entire order from the location which will be most economical for you. However if not all items you ordered are available there, then the remaining items have to be shipped from the other location, resulting in two shipping charges.

I placed an order some time ago and have not yet received any email from you. What is happening?
Please check that you actually submitted the order by clicking on the Submit order button. Without this last step your order is never submitted. When you properly submit an order, an order ID is generated automatically online and you are notified of it. Please use this ID in all communications with us regarding your order.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
It varies by your location and the shipping method you choose. Approximate shipping times are indicated on the shipping method selection page. However, individual packages may take more or less time than indicated. Normally cheaper shipping methods (Media mail, M-Bag, surface mail) are both slow and more variable.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
If your order is being shipped to you from outside your country, customs duties or other charges may apply based on the laws of your country. In that case you will be responsible for paying them.
Additionally, if you are in Canada and your order is being shipped via UPS, UPS may add a brokerage fee in addition to the customs duty. You should enquire from UPS about it before choosing this option.

Can I pay in Pakistan rupees?
If you are located in Pakistan, you can pay in Pakistan rupees via money order or bank draft. Choose that option on the payment page and we will send you more instructions via email regarding this payment option.

Do you accept payment in Canadian/Australian dollars?
No. All our prices are only in US dollars. Customers in Pakistan can also pay in Pak Rupees. Customers from other countries can pay by using a credit card or by sending a money order or bank draft drawn in US dollars.

I do not want to use credit card online. What are my payment options?
You can phone us with your credit card information after submitting the order online (minus the credit card information). You can use a money order or bank draft in US dollars. You can use your personal check, if it is drawn on a US bank.

I want to use my personal check drawn on a US bank. But I want to save the time it will take for the check to reach you by mail. What can I do?
We offer two convenient options for you. You can fax the check to us, along with the order ID. Or you can enter the check information online.

Is it safe to enter credit card information online?
We do use a secure server to obtain your credit card information, which uses 128bit encryption. Most of our customers do use the online payment option for their credit card payments and have never reported any problems.

Can I use a computer in a public place (e.g. a library or Internet café) to place my order?
Yes you can do that. However make sure to leave the box that says “Save data” unchecked. Your data will not be displayed on that computer when you visit our site again.
If you check that box, your personal data (but not the credit card number) will be displayed in your next visit, saving you the time needed to re-enter it. This is fine when you are using the computer from your home, but obviously this should not be done when using a computer in a public place.
